  • NEWSPAPER / MAGAZINES / BOOKS & CARDBOARD

    Should be neatly bundled and tied up and placed in the hut behind the Business Office at any time during the season. Space is limited, so place as far back as possible.

  • BATTERIES / FLOURESCENT LIGHTBULBS / MERCURY THERMOMETERS

    Can be placed directly in the appropriate bin on the back porch of the Business Office at any time during the season.

  • ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES

    TVs, fridges, washing machine, etc. must be disposed of through certified agents. Please contact local electrical appliance stores. It will cost somewhere between ¥2,000~¥5,000 depending on the item.

  • SODAI GOMI

    Anything that does not fit into a regulation non-burnable bag and tied shut will not be accepted. You will have to dispose of such garbage privately.
